Jane
A dark obsession. A deadly love triangle. A woman trying to be seen.
When Jane is plucked from the streets as a young girl to model for a group of young artists it is only her desperate need to escape poverty that leads her to accept. Soon she is chosen by the charming, mercurial Gabriel Rosetti as his muse and is brought into the bright, rackety world of Victorian bohemia.
As Jane tries to find a place for herself, she struggles under the dark obsessive gaze of Rosetti, so she marries William Morris to escape. But Rosetti cannot let her go and pursues her even into her marriage as she models for him. When his own wife Lizzie Siddal dies, Rosetti's sanity begins to break and his obsession with Jane becomes ever darker.
Feeling herself in his thrall, Jane starts to fight back to create a life for herself - can she break the spell or is she forever to be simply an object of fascination?
